Welcome to LaunchCraft Studio AI. By accessing or using our platform and services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Our services include AI-powered business analysis, market research, financial projections, legal structure guidance, branding strategy, and custom software development as described in our Business Packs and Digital Build offerings.

Business Packs are one-time purchases per project. Digital Build projects are billed according to agreed-upon milestones. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

LaunchCraft provides data, analysis, and recommendations. All business decisions remain the responsibility of the client. Our analysis is based on AI-generated research and should be validated with primary research before making significant investments.

All intellectual property in purchased business packs is transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our analysis is informational and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Quito, Ecuador.
